Harcourt recently completed the Leather walls in the Private dining room at Heston Blumenthals latest venture 'Dinner' at the Mandarin Oriental restaurant, Hyde Park London.

From researching Tudor Patterns at the British library to Laser cutting eight hundred scrolled patterns drawn from a ornate Tudor tunic and hand waxing to antique each debossed leather panel. Each and every element was scrutinised in true 'Heston' style by the design team at Tihany design NYC to produce a Tudor leather vaulted room ready for a 2011 feast. The food's not bad either apparently!
